What does massage provide?

Did you know that most people love themselves, but do it unknowingly. The most fascinate with self-esteem is for men. The most common parts of the body are the belly, chin, back and neck. Women, in turn, shoulders, throats, breasts and legs.
We glorify ourselves without realizing it, but intuitively sense that it improves feelings and calms down. This is because the pleasant touches awaken the hormones - the endorphins, who are directly responsible for the sense of happiness. Do not be tempted to catch a piece of chocolate or cake for happiness; it's better to pamper yourself with a massage that is not only lucid, but also healthy.
From October to May we offer water aerobics lessons, in small groups of 6 people, under the guidance of a professional aquatic aerobics coach.
The lessons are held in aluksne, Merķeļa street 16, in the hotel "Jolanta" swimming pool. The duration of one lesson is 90 minutes, of which 45-50 minutes are spent in aerobics classes in the pool, the rest of the time is for the shower, saunas, relaxation after the lesson, and a little tea pause.
