From October to May we offer water aerobics lessons, in small groups of 6 people, under the guidance of a professional aquatic aerobics coach.
The lessons are placed in Aluksne, Merķeļa street 16, in the hotel "Jolanta" swimming pool. The duration of one lesson is 90 minutes, of which 45-50 minutes are spent in aerobics classes in the pool, the rest of the time is for the shower, sauna, relaxation after the lesson, and a little tea break.
